What if I can’t attend the course according to the schedule?

Punctual attendance at all lecture sessions is mandatory. Students are advised to always arrive ten minutes ahead of the scheduled class starting time. The Ministry of Education requires students to sign the attendance sheet normally available at the reception before entering the class. Absences and late arrivals are permitted only in extenuating circumstances and with the approval of the Programme Director. Missing over 25% of the class may result in a failing grade or being dropped from the course with payment of the relevant fee, depending on the situation. Students with excessive absences will receive a written warning and be referred to the Programme Director. If a student drops out of a programme, the scholarship will be withdrawn and the student has to pay the full amount for the credits attended.
